SinoJect®
SinoJect® is a unique device to simplify the puncture and irrigation of the maxillary sinus following purulent sinusitis. By using the spring activated puncture instrument, a staytube catheter is inserted into the maxillary sinus by penetrating the sinus wall without any additional force. Irrigation is then performed, using the lavage tube.
Benefits
Minimum trauma and bleeding- Should repeated irrigations be necessary, the staytube may be left in place, reducing the necessity for additional anesthetic procedures and repunctures, which minimizes the discomfort for the patient
